Doing one room at a time has started to show

The kitchen was done five summers apart from the bathroom, the flooring changes at every doorway, and the house reads as a series of separate decisions rather than one home.

A whole-home project trades a longer disruption for a single coherent result, and it is the only point at which layout, services and finishes can be decided together.

That is exactly why Angel Touch Remodeling does it differently.

What a whole-home project covers

Angel Touch Remodeling is a local home builder & construction team serving Las Vegas. Here is what changes when a house is taken on as one project rather than room by room.

A whole-home project is the one point where layout, services and finishes are decided together.

Common questions

Is it better to renovate a whole house at once or room by room?

Doing it at once allows the layout and the services to be reconsidered together and avoids repeatedly disturbing finished work. Room by room spreads cost and disruption but tends to produce a house that reads as separate projects.

Can we live in the house during the work?

Sometimes, by phasing the work so part of the house stays habitable, though it extends the programme. Where services are being replaced throughout, moving out for the period is usually the more practical option.

What is decided first on a whole-home renovation?

Layout and structure, because everything else follows from them. Where walls, openings and services go determines what is possible for kitchens, bathrooms and finishes, so those decisions cannot be deferred.

Does a whole-home renovation need permits?

Structural changes, alterations to services, and anything affecting the external envelope generally require approval, and older or listed properties bring additional requirements. The scope determines what applies, and it is established before work begins.
